June 2013 at $289,900.

3386 G St., Camas-Went pending in 5 days for $255,000 all cash in April 2013. Was for-sale-by-

owner at  $230,000 and two agents said the home would sell for $220,000-$230,000.

2926 NW Hill St., Camas-Went pending January 2013 in 3 hours for full price: $340,000. The prior

Prudential agent did not sell it even though the list price was $5,000 less.

14519 NE 165th Ave, Brush Prairie-Sold in August 2012. Another agent tried for over 700 days

unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 63 days. It sold for $255,000.

6906 NE 139th Street, VancouverSold in Oct. 2012. A ReMax agent tried for over 1300 days

unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 6 days. It sold for $146,000.

5501 NE 85th Ave, Vancouver– Sold in July 2012. A Realty Pro agent tried for 43 days

unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 1 day at full price: $159,900.

2716 NE 157th Street, Vancouver– Closes in July 2012. A ReMax agent tried for 198 days

unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 5 days at full price: $239,000.

14519 NE 165th Ave, Brush Prairie Closed in July 2012. Another KW agent tried for 472 days

unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 5 days at full price: $259,900.

2318 NW 47th Ave, Camas-Sold April 13, 2012 for $273,000.

Windermere tried for 380 days unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 45 days.

13312 SE 27th St., VancouverSold February 29, 2012 for $169,000.

SafeHarbor Realty and Realty Pro tried for 376 days unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 69 days.

27909 NE 91st Ave., Battle GroundPending April 13, 2012 for $280,000.

FBR Realty tried for 190 days unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 37 days.

24000 NE Dole Valley Rd, YacoltPending April 14, 2012 for $230,000.

Prudential tried for 186 days unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 28 days.

Better Homes & Gardens Realty tried for 181 day unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 29 days.

Two Prudential agents tried for 400 days to sell unsuccessfully. I got it pending in 77 days

2620 NW Carty Rd, RidgefieldPending July 2011 for $825,000:

Top Coldwell Banker agent tried for 381 days without finding a buyer. I found one in 78 days

Coldwell Banker tried for 181 days without finding a buyer. I found one in 7 days.

2005 34th   Street, Washougal– Sold May 2010 for $205,000:

ReMax tried for 642 days and then a Windermere agent tried for 187 days. I found a buyer in 44 days.

2448 37th   Street, Washougal-sold November 2009 for $285,000:

Another agent tried for 188 days. I sold the home after creating a bidding war between 3 buyers to net top price and prevent a foreclosure.

9925 NE 28th   Place, Vancouver-sold in June 2010 for $230,000:

After another agent tried for 323 days and failed. I prevented a foreclosure just days before the auction and found a buyer in about 2 weeks.

Homeworks Real Estate failed to sell this home in 340 days. I found a buyer in 52 days and prevented a foreclosure.

Another agent failed to sell the home in 351 days. I found a buyer in 22 days.

After a ReMax agent failed to sell the home in 315 days. I found a buyer in 66 days.

Windermere failed to sell the home in 67 days. I found a buyer in about 2 weeks and prevented a pending foreclosure.

535 E 8th Street, La Center – Sold in September 2009 for $201,000:

Coldwell Banker failed to sell the home in 135 days. Another company failed to sell the home in 334 days. I sold this home in 49 days.
